Us John Peake has been an automotive service professional for over 24 years. He owns and operates a AAA Approved automotive repair facility, Peak Performance Automotive Services, in Salt Lake City. John is an ASE Master Technician with L1, a Charter Member of the Service Technicians Society and a sponsoring member of iATN. In addition to numerous TV appearances and speaking engagements, John's weekly automotive radio talk show, Cartrak, is entering its 15th year on the air. His automotive Web site was awarded Top Ten of 1999 by AutoInc Magazine. John has combined his automotive and information technology experience to create Cartrak Online, a firm dedicated to developing electronic marketing products and services to benefit automotive service facilities. Mike Whitaker - Director of Marketing. Mike's background in sales, management, operations, marketing, customer service and quality control comes from a wide variety of positions, including running his own business for the seven years before joining the Cartrak Online team. His automotive experience comes from many years of driving a car. Lesley Kitts, Director of Web Operations, joined Cartrak Online in the summer of 1999. She spent her first 2 months familiarizing herself with the automotive industry's Web presence by visiting more than 500 independent shop Web sites and countless other automotive-related Web sites. Lesley brings new meaning to the phrase "Internet time." Her skills as researcher and writer coupled with a total immersion into the industry has made her an invaluable asset to Cartrak Online.
