right hand corner of your screen to close this window.

- Online appointment requests are
either faxed or e-mailed to the shop according to their preference.
- The shop determines when the
work can be done and then contacts the car owner to confirm or adjust the
time.
Benefits:
- Gives customer flexibility to
make appointment request immediately, therefore a greater chance that customer
will make an appointment.
- The shop does not need to be
online in order for their customers to use the online appointment process.
